First SOS Program: South City Kids

While acknowledging the importance of political consciousness and actions, a student asking for volunteers to participate in the SOS projects the South City Kids Club for children in a low-income area of Holyoke and the Boltwood Belchertown Project for children with mental disabilities emphasized that “One can’t forget the immediate needs of society’s victims.”
