この本はかわいです。私は好きです。むずかしくないです。単語はかんたんです。
I enjoyed reading it. It was cute and simple. The vocab and grammar was not too hard so I could understand it. I liked the drawings.
I recommend this book to students who want to practice daily life vocab, because the theme of the story was daily life. It is probably best for first semester students but I think everyone would enjoy it no matter what semester they were in.

The format was so cool. It was two books in one. There were two stories, one about a lonely cat and one about a lonely bird. The bird’s story starts “front to back” and the cat’s story starts “back to front” (to American readers). Then their stories meet up in the middle of the book when the characters meet. It’s such a cool idea.
I highly recommend this book. Not only was it a cool idea, but I appreciated that the vocab and grammar was all stuff we had covered. I don’t think I had to look anything up, and I understood the story. This is one of my favorite Tadoku books by students I have read. Also, it looks like the drawings are hand drawn, and that’s really cool.
この本はちょっとむずかしいですが、とても面白いです。色々な寿司を説明しました。色々な魚の名前は知っていませんが、えがあるので、わかれました。魚の名前も覚えますよ。まぐろはsalmonです。本の中で、寿司のれきしも説明しました。東南のアジアから、中国へ行って、日本に行きました。たくさん人気があるになりました。店の中で、かいてんずしが一番人気があります。
This book is so interesting and is worth reading because we can learn a lot about sushi in it. The book introduces sushi from its type, history, steps of making sushi, and famous sushi restaurants around the world. I really recommend reading this book slowly and trying to memorize some words that interest you while enjoying the picture and sentences.
この本は、日本で旅行の生活について書きました。本お中で、かわいい日本のちずがありまし。ふじあんと東京を紹介しました。日本の食べ物とカラオケも描きました。日本について、たくさんしゅうかんを勉強しました。
This book is easy to read, but I learned a lot about Japan from it, including the location of each famous cities like Tokyo, Hokaido, Honshu, etc. On each page, there is a drawing as a background, which also makes the book interesting to read.
京子のはつこいはラーブの本です。ときどき新しいかんじがあります。でも、ふりがながあります。
I recommend this book because it was a nice story. It made me want to continue reading and find out what happens.

It was a book about a giraffe who was looking for friends. It took me awhile to get through. The vocab was mostly genki vocab, which was nice. So I didn’t have to look up a bunch of words.
I recommend this book. It was fun to read and not too hard.

I love this book, it almost brought me into tears. This is a very romantic story that addresses how people face death. Everyone is a corpse in progress, as we will all die someday. But all these fantasized folktales make death less intimidating and make people feel more spiritually supported.
とてもかわいストリですね。親切だし、すごいし、今、西町交番の良さんは私のいちばん好きな人です。私も良さん見たい人のともだちがほしいです。
I enjoyed reading this funny book. Both the language and storyline are easy to follow. However, I always wonder why storybooks portray animals like alligators and snakes in a negative way. Many rare animals that look aggressive actually do no harm to humans unless people attack them intentionally. I think this is a common misconception that should be corrected.
ジョンさんは 夏休み仙台に森さんの家族とホームステイをしに行きました。They celebrated 七夕 together, which 仙台 celebrates in August instead of July.
この本は 面白くて、日本の文化があるので、とてもすいせんします。ジョンさんと森さんの子供のインタラクションはとてもかわいです。John also made a lot of silly mistakes that were so funny to read about. でも、ちょっと難しいから、JPN 111 まで 待ったほうがいいですよ。 私も 大きい犬のぬいぐるみがほしいですね。
このスドリは中国もすごく有名だから、映画を見たことがあります。私はいぬも飼っているから、この本を読んだ時、感動しました。夏休みに、東京に行こうと思っています。ハチをみたいです。
This book is easy to read because we’ve learned all the grammars. Although there are some kanjis we haven’t learned, we still can guess the meanings from the picture. The story is interesting but kind of sad. If you have a dog or cat, I don’t recommend this book because you will definitely cry!
