Saturn is from Dallas, Texas, with an Africana Studies major and a minor in Russian, East European, and Eurasian Studies. When asked about what they enjoyed most about working at Meridians, Saturn said “Since starting at Meridians a couple weeks ago, I’ve enjoyed my exposure to new Black feminist texts and the opportunity to meet new people. It’s so fascinating to be a part of the journal and understand all of the work that goes into publishing and editing. I’m excited to continue learning and growing with Meridians.”
